Another 100 pages in Under the Dome done as well as finishing my book club book Relic by Douglas Preston and Lincoln Child. I was a little disappointed in the Relic. I didn’t find it at all scary. It was mysterious and weird (especially the end). I will probably will read the next book in the series Reliquary because I’m curious, but it was not the “I can’t fall asleep” that I was looking for in October.
Best quote from Under the Dome “But it might have caused him to reflect (for he was a reflective man, in his own way) on murder’s similarity to Lay’s potato chips: it’s hard to stop with just one.”
Now it’s back to reading, as well as making what is probably going to be a poor attempt at my friend Kate’s readathon challenge.
