GiveawayIt’s my birthday!  I’m turning… just kidding, I’m not telling ;) 

I love having an August birthday because I don’t have to share my birthday with any other holidays, though I do share it with a few family members.

In honor of my birthday and the fact that I’ve reached 200 followers I’ve decided to giveaway one of my favorite reads of the past year.  One winner will be able to select one of the following books.  The contest runs from August 15 to August 31.  This contest is open internationally, as long as The Book Depository ships to you.

    My favorite book so far this year has been Love in the Afternoon by Lisa Kleypas. It was a huge surprise and it had me smiling from the very first page.

  9. Happy Birthday!!! I hope you have an amazing day. :) I’m not entering since I was lucky enough to win a book from you recently, but I will share my favorite book so far this year. It’s a very tough choice! The Fault in our Stars, Girl of Nightmares, Unraveling, Insurgent, The Pledge… but in the end, I have to go with Shadow and Bone. I swear, I can’t get that book out of my head!!! I’m so blatantly in love with the bad guy and I just don’t care, because I love the good guy just as much. The setting and plot are so magical and I LOVE that it’s a love triangle without being a love triangle… yeah, it’s complicated, but in the very best way. Such an amazing book. :)

    My favorite book so far this year has to be Grave Mercy by Robin LaFevers. I fell in love with that book! <3

  17. You’re way too generous. I don’t think about anyone but me on my b’day. My favorite book this year is probably The Hollow City by Dan Wells but I’ve read so many other good ones too. I hate choosing just one.

  19. I’ve read a few amazing books this year. The best fantasy was Defiance by CJ Redwine or Throne of Glass by Sarah J Maas. The best contemp was Pushing the Limits and the best YA supernatural was Anna Dressed in Blood.

  23. The best book I’ve read this year…it is really hard to pick one because you know I love so many, but I’ll go with The Sugar Queen by Sarah Addison Allen
