Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme created by the awesome people at The Broke and Bookish, who love lists as much as I do!

I agree with Kate, any dystopian I have ever read, EVER, would be on my list. But, speaking as an Okie, I’m also glad I didn’t have to live through Grapes of Wrath. As much as I love Firefly and Serenity, I’m not looking forward to having to learn Chinese as part of my every day language so I’m going to veto that. And although The Shire would be a nice place to retire to, I don’t want to be chased by Orcs so that one has to go too. And even though Ready Player One was one of my favorite books from last year, and I want to FlickSync a movie so bad I can taste it, I wouldn’t want to live in that world either. It would creep me out to be tied to a computer for that long everday leaving the rest of my body vulnerable. And the world outside the Oasis was pretty much a dystopian so no thanks.
Off of your list the only ones I’ve read were Hunger Games and Delirium, and I agree with you on both. I would definitely be jumping off the podium just to get it over with, and I’m way to emotional to survive in Delirium.

Yeah I wouldn’t want to live in Ready Player One but I would love to sync a movie. That would be so much fun!
